Privacy
We keep this simple: we only collect what we need to schedule your car, and we never sell it.
What we collect
When you send an appointment request, we collect:
- The service you need and your description of the problem
- Whether the vehicle is drivable
- Your vehicle’s year, make, model and (if you give them) mileage, VIN and license plate
- Your preferred and alternate dates, time window, and whether you’ll wait or drop off
- Your name, mobile number, email (optional) and how you’d like us to reach you
- Whether you’re a returning customer (optional)
If you enter a VIN, we look it up in the free U.S. Department of Transportation (NHTSA) vehicle database to fill in your vehicle’s details. Only the VIN is sent, nothing about you. We don’t ask for any payment information on this site.
How we use it
Only to respond to your request: to confirm, suggest another time, or let you know we can’t take the job, and to send related reminders and updates.
Text messages
We only text you if you choose text as your contact method and tick the consent box. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help.
How long we keep it
Requests are kept for 24 months and then deleted automatically. To have your information deleted sooner, call or text us at (518) 727-4570.
Security
The site uses HTTPS, stored data is encrypted, and only named shop staff can see requests. To block spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser isn’t a robot when you tap Send (usually with no clicks at all; Cloudflare handles the technical data this needs under its own privacy policy). We also keep a scrambled, one-way code of your network address and phone number for a day to limit repeat submissions.
We don’t sell your information
We don’t sell or share your information with anyone for marketing.
